What’s too much blood possible MC

So I had a MC 5 wks ago at 8 wks and my husband got me these huge hospital pads for MC to happen at home, now I think I just had a chemical pregnancy not exactly sure but I tested positive for 3/4 days then started to bleed today the bleeding has been bad so I go though this big pad in about 2-3 hrs the most and it’s huge idk if this is normal or not never really experienced bad bleeding before and I’m in a lot of pain to be honest friends are suggesting to go to Er but I don’t wana be dramatic

Also when I go pee the whole toilet is in blood
