Pubic hair and sex

Ok, ladies, I need your advice on this one. My fiancé and I don’t really have sex that much anymore compared to our one to two years of our dating/relationship. Just because he no longer wants to have sex with me due to my pubic hair even though he knew I don’t shave or wax at all at the beginning of dating and he said he didn’t care which was great but now, apparently, he started to care about it. So, I don’t shave or wax it, then the sex between us started to become like almost non existent unless I do it. Of course, it made me feel bad about myself. What should I do? Should I just give in and do it or dump him? I don’t know.
