Masturbation

Any woman with severe masturbation addiction how did you overcome it? (I’m not looking masturbation is normal comments my situation )I have been through child sex abuse I believe that contributed to high sex drive now in adulthood it’s from 11 year old up and constant desire for masturbation ofcourse it’s a hidden secret and it’s taken a toll on my now 35 year old body. I’m always tired no energy and no motivation. I recently started to get severely dry down there so dry I couldn’t have sex help with my bf.
