Idk where else to ask this

I took a test 2 days ago & it was NEGATIVE, yesterday it was positive, not even all that faint & today it was pretty dark. I’m still supposedly 5 days from my period but i think i could’ve ovulated a little bit earlier. That being said, is it normal to be this dark so early?? With my son id already missed my period before testing positive (I’d ovulated late with him). I’ve confirmed on a digital as well. Left was yesterday’s with fmu, right today with a 2 hour hold😳 i thought these too more HCG but maybe they’ve changed recently? I’m getting a first response on Friday just to see how dark it is then, but like I’m baffled. To go from negative to a positive that isn’t that hard to see.
