Toddler and toothache

My sons is two in a few days, hes in pain tonight, from his four front teeth, that have obvious tooth decay, he refuses cups so he has his bottle, which I know is bad please dont judge me, I'm a single mom of 3 kids and a 5 month old.. he has a dentist appointment unfortunately its not for 2 and a half weeks from now.. should I take him to the emergency hospital? Hes crying and cant sleep or drink or eat anything.. its 1am.. I dint think the dentist will take us this late or even during the day, when I booked his appointment they tried to say he couldn't go because I had to cancel my appointments for being called Into work.. and obviously I've argued my way into getting him that appointment because the lady was just being plain bitchy.. sorry but she was towards me.. but what else can I do for my son? I have not dealt with this or tooth decay at all 😭😭😭😭😞
