Anyone still doing a dream feed?

I feel like the dream feed doesn’t do anything because he still wakes up at 1am to eat no matter if he has it or not? And last night he wouldnt even eat for the feed and i felt like i was just waking him. Time to drop it?

What is dream feeding? I stopped waking mine up to feed after 4 weeks because she was a healthy weight and then i just fed her on demand after that.

I literally have never done that. I just breastfeed on demand. I don't think my baby would even eat if she wasn't hungry. 
I say just drop it and feed the baby when they are hungry. I personally cosleep so that I can just side lie feed her when she starts smacking on her fingers cause shes hungry, and she will head straight back to sleep once she's done. Its so much easier this way!

Yep if he’s waking up at the same time regardless of the dream feed it’s time to drop it! Our daughter loved hers until she was about 5/6 months - our son never took it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just stopped last night. Haha I’m over the extra work without the benefit. 
She actually slept longer last night without me messing with her. 
I think the only way I would do it is if I knew for sure that she needed some more ounces during the day.

We do but that’s because my son doesn’t eat enough during the day so he hast to have that last dream feed to meet his oz requirements￼. Luckily for us he’s been sleeping through the night
