Do you agree with the company?

This was something that happened years ago, but whenever it’s brought up, I’m surprised by the different opinions on the subject

There was a young (w) male and a young (poc) female who worked together.

The woman one day came into the job and said “what’s up my n___”. The guy replies, “nothin much my n___”

The woman does not address the guy saying the n word to him, but instead reports it.

The guy gets pulled into the office and asked if he said the word. He explains what was all said.

The woman then gets called into the office and the company asks if what the man said was true. She says yes, but she can say the word because she is black, he cant call a black girl “my n___” because he is a white male.

In the end, they both get fired for saying the N word.
