My lack of sex drive is ruining our marriage

My husband and I have been together for 11 years, married for 7. Two young children. I was 19 when we got together, he was 26. We started off having a wonderful sex life (don’t we all?!) It started to fade probably 4-5 years ago (right when we started having our kids) We have sex maybe 2-3 times/month. We both work full time. Life is very demanding. He’s pleading with me to have a better sex life, he feels very unwanted. I never initiate, he feels like he’s forcing himself on me. I love my husband, I’m attracted to him. I just have zero drive to have sex. He feels like we are the only married couple that has a shitty sex life. Any helpful advice from you ladies?? We need to get through this... 🙁
