Implantation has not happened yet. Earliest 6 dpo, latest 12 dpo and most common between 8 and 10 dpo.
Cramping is most likely something else.

Lower left pain is often digestion as the end of your digestive track is in the lower left side 
Sometimes it’s not related to anything 
You only have two options and more than likely your cramps are unrelated to both

Goodness I had horrible cramps on my lower half woke me up from my sleep couldn’t lay on either side or on my back it was like a pulling but that was at 3dpo I’m now 4dpo period due in 11 days so same if it’s right my date of conception is oct 18th so I’d be 2weeks 5 days if I am
