What to do

We don’t speak to each other if we in same room we avoid each other we don’t cook enough food for the other person anymore. He sleeps on couch, doesn’t get up with his 3 month old, don’t change her, don’t feed her, haven’t been to no doc appointments, don’t play with her. Didn’t even know his kid could laugh or roll over. Idk what to do I think this relationship is officially over and nothing Is left.
