Refusing to eat during leap 4?

Anyone else’s babes having a hard time eating? We’ve struggled all day and night. He’s screaming bloody murder and only wants to be held upright. Won’t take soother anymore. Most likely teething as well. This sucks. I don’t want to lose my supply and obviously he needs to eat. Any tips of how to get them to eat?
