Front facing stroller?

When can baby use a front facing stroller?
We have one that the car seat can click into but it also converts into a regular sitting up stroller with a seat that can recline.
When can baby use the reclining part?

It depends on the stroller. For ours (city select) the manufacturer says 6 months.

We have a jogging stroller and she's front facing. We just got it, and she loves it. Before we had a nuna mix and she threw a fit if she wasn't front facing.

I have the same kind. I probably sat my daughter front facing around 6 months.

I use my stroller, it can face me or the outside and can be either a bassinet or a toddler seat. I put it in toddler seat and recline it while facing me.
