Postpartum Kit

Third time mama here - starting to assemble my postpartum kit. I’m having a home birth, so I’ll be recovering at home. What I’ll miss most about the hospital (where baby #1 and #2 were born) is the perenium ice packs. I’ve only used the ones in the hospital, but definitely want something cold to soothe everything. Not too keen about the homemade ones on Pinterest - would prefer something hubby can grab without hassle.

I know Frida Mom makes them, but lots of reviews say they don’t get cold enough? Anyone try them?

Does anyone have any suggestions for other packs that worked best for them?
