Stretch marks?

Anyone else have bad stretch marks? I just reached 27 weeks. I have been using lotion pretty regularly except for a few days I forget. I already had some dark annoying stretch marks. Has anyone else had them this early? Anything that can help? I’m so worried if they are already this bad that they will be horrible by the end of the pregnancy.

I’ve read it’s all hereditary . I think for the most part there’s not much you can do . Lotion with help but it only does so much . I know there’s other products that can lighten them

Like everyone else said, stretch marks are mainly hereditary but there’s more than just topical approaches! 
I take a fish oil supplement and collagen to help with skin moisture and elasticity. I got stretch marks with my first on my hips mainly and I gained the recommended weight. But my mom had severe stretch marks with me and my brother so I think maybe what I did helped a little lol

It’s just hereditary. I didn’t get any last pregnancy and I was huge. I gained 50lbs and I’m only 5’1”, I lost all the weight and this pregnancy have so far gained 33lbs at 29 weeks and haven’t got any either. My mom never had any and she had 3 kids.

I got tons my last pregnancy. I have been using bio oil and I notice it has helped a lot this pregnancy. I will most likely not escape them due to my genetics. But you can HELP them. 💕
