Pumping breastmilk and wedding photos

So i have a bit of a controversial question after i came across a post, it was a wedding picture with a bridesmaid pumping breastmilk. In the post it was made perfectly clear that the bride was completely comfortable with the bridesmaid doing this during the wedding photo, i came across a bunch of different comments as to why this was NOT ok, comments from people claiming it was attention seeking to the typical do it in private comments. I can understand why most women would not be ok with this during a wedding picture. My question is this; do you think there is anything wrong with this picture being taken and displayed like a normal wedding photo, regardless of what you would do in the same situation, because in this situation the bride was fine with this picture being taken?
