Annoying Period!!!

I have an irregular cycle. My period would last from 10-14 days. The least would be 7 if I’m lucky. Sometimes I would not have my period for a month or two. I was out on Nora-Be by my gyno last year. It helped my period came every month or would be delay for a month. The most my periods would last is 4-5 days which I’m super happy about. But now one year and 4 months in, my period became all out of wack. It tends to happen when me and my fiancé decide to have sex. This month I’ve been on it for 18 days!!! But it’s not even a heavy flow, but I just can’t stop bleeding. There are days there’s nothing but when I pee or wipe I see something. Any advice??! Before anyone says anything yes I’ve contacted my gyno, I just want to know if anyone else experienced something like this before, or am I just a special type of human lmaoo.
