Dreaming about my ex and a baby?

My ex and I broke up about 2 months ago and have been in and out of contact. Last week or the week before he started texting again giving the “I want to get back together” bs, which at first I wanted to but I changed my mind shit happened we argued and I don’t want anything to do with him. But lately the last couple of nights I’ve had dreams about him, and last night I had a dream we had a child together, I was pregnant, gave birth all of it, he was in the dream but it felt as if he wasn’t? Idk if that makes sense and we don’t have kids I’m only 18 lol.
