Baby measuring big !

Okay ! So I had an ultrasound last week .. I was 36 weeks and baby was measuring 7 lbs 4 Oz .. my belly was 42 cm . I have gestational diabetes . And have been off the chart .. I take insulin 4 times a day . But baby keeps on gaining rapidly . So I do non stress test 2 times a week . And ultrasounds once a weeks to keep up with her . Now her measurements are just as wild . She’s normal with the exception of her weight and her belly size . The question I have is has or is anyone else dealt with this . Did you get induced ? If so how when ? At what gestation ...? I’ll Know more this week but I’m curious for stories so please drop your experiences below ! I’ve also added a picture from yesterday . I can’t even with my belly lol
