Opinions on KidKraft dollhouses

We’re thinking of buying one of the dollhouses for our niece as a Xmas gift, but I just saw that the assembly looks pretty time consuming. All the walls, floors, ceilings etc have to be put together. I guess I thought the rooms would already be assembled or something.

My question is, are the dollhouses too annoying to assemble? Obviously we wouldn’t do it but our nieces dad and we don’t wanna give him an annoying task haha 🤣
