Spotting/bleeding

Please help ladies

I'm around 5.5-6 weeks and had a BM where I noticed some vaginal bleeding when I wiped about an hour ago. I peed after 20 min later and had no bleeding. Anyone ever experience this? I'm gonna get checked out tomorrow. The nurse said possibly implantation bleeding but I thought implantation happens before you get positive pregnancy tests. I've been getting positives for a week now.
