does anyone know?

I’ve been trying to get my implant(nexaplon) removed, and i have an appointment November 27th (the soonest they could get me in unfortunately) my significant other and i have been trying to get pregnant since about October 20th i’ve been taking the herb St. john’s Wort in decrease the effectiveness of the implant—Nexaplon. i’m wondering how long before the st. john’s wort starts effecting the implant..... does anyone know?? what other things can help decrease the implant effectiveness ? hopefully i’ll be able to get the implant out sooner than expected!
