Was your second pregnancy different from first?

I have a scan tommorow and a bit worried! This pregnancy has not been like my first at all. I was super nauseous with my first but this baby I am not sick and my symptoms seem to be less severe. The only thing I notice more is a pulling/ stretching sensation and when I move quickly I get sharp pains like round ligament pains- which I didn't get until later with my first.

Is this normal? I'm worried I might have a Mmc as well because any breast soreness I had disappeared and the only symptom I have is I can literally feel my uterus grow lol

I know all pregnancies are different but I just assumed since I was so sick with my first I would be at least a little sick this time?

Nervous for first scan!
