Missed miscarriage

I went to the dr on oct 19 2020. My my last period I should have been 7 weeks 5 days. Baby measures 6 weeks 3days and we didn’t see a heartbeat. Went back yesterday 10 days later baby was measuring the same and no

Heartbeat. Dr sent me to hospital x-rays for second opinion where it was confirmed I had had a missed miscarriage. I go in at 730 to start the process of a D n C. I’m scared I’m sad and my fiancé is not supporting me. He’s hurting I know and people grieve in there Own way but I haven’t seen him since the news and he isn’t coming with tomorrow. It makes my heartbreak so much worse. I want to try again and have our rainbow baby. But I have no idea when we can do that. Any advice is welcomed
