Nipple Pain
I didn’t have this this bad my first time. I’m exclusively pumping, and my nipples are constantly hard and in pain. It hurts to wear a bra, it killed to take a shower today. I do use lanolin, but i don’t think it’s helping much. It’s not breast pain, just nipples. Any other tricks?
