Is subway safe ?!

Does anybody know if subway is safe during pregnancy I just ate a 6 inch oven roasted chicken and after I ate it I decided to google if it’s safe now I don’t feel comfortable about it 😕😔

I think there are some current listeria outbreaks in lunch meat, so maybe check your local area to see if there are any outbreaks.

I eat turkey cold cuts from there almost weekly. I tell them I’m pregnant and they open a new pack for me. If you get it warmed up it’s fine. 
The risks are the same as when not pregnant. There was a listeria outbreak on the east coast recently. I think it was salami￼ though.

Just get it toasted. As long as the meat is warmed up, it’s ok because that kills the bacteria 😊

Cold cuts are generally not considered safe because pregnant women are more susceptible to food poisoning and cold cuts can carry listeria, it’s probably okay if you don’t have any symptoms, but I wouldn’t do it often. Next time you go just get a hot sandwich! Heat will kill the bacteria.

I always get the turkey breast. I’ve have it toasted but I always got it toasted before I got pregnant. No issues!
