Would you be upset ?

So I just want to see if I'm crazy for being upset about this. I'm due to have a baby in a month from now. The only thing we have so far is baby clothes. Not saying it's all his fault that we're not 100% ready but hear me out. From the beginning my boyfriend would say how we would get an apartment. So I saved up $2000 dollars and even fixed my credit so we could get approved. He was supposed to come up with $1,500 for the security deposit etc. Everytime I would ask him about it he'd act like he was working on it but he really wasn't & long story short it never happened. Thank god my mom has a space in her house we can stay at for the first few months until I get my own apartment. But now I have I have to spend $1,000 getting carpet installed in the room. Which takes away from the money I had saved up for "our apartment". Fast forward to now he just got a lump sum of money. He's decided so far to buy $300 worth of liquor, an ounce of weed, tires for his car, and just other random stupid shit. When I asked him about buying a car seat for the baby he pushed it off saying he'll get it next week. My problem is he can prioritize so much stupid stuff but anytime it's anything for the baby or our future he puts it off until he can't anymore. Then he makes it seem like I'm crazy for being upset that he doesn't take anything serious. I'm ready to just cut him off and buy everything by myself. But before I do that, am I wrong?
