Weight loss and pregnancy

I recently lost 25ish pounds and was still currently on my journey to lose 15 more. I recently found out I’m pregnant (estimated 5 weeks). One of the signs was the heavy bloating. Even thought I’m over the moon excited about being pregnant... my mind is wandering to the evil side of “you’re going to gain so much weight!” “All your hard work will be ruined!” And yes I deal with intrusive thoughts and anxiety. Help!! What can I do to get out of this mind set. :(
