Bottle refusal? PLEASE help.

Question

My BF baby was forced to wean early due to colic. Very early. He is just under one month old. He always took bottles from dad and other family members no problem (of my pumped milk of course). He has done well with formula this far.. He has been formula fed now for three very short days. I know it might be a transition. But, now he’s refusing his bottle. My first was picky about nipples so we’ve tried a few and get the same response. 
What can I do to help us get through this transition?

Make sure the formula is warm and try doing skin to skin when you give him the bottle! We are in the same boat with weaning early due to colic and painful gas. My baby has done very well with avent bottles

Try different types of bottles, try different flow rates and shapes of teats, try room temperature formula or warmer than what you are already doing, make sure they are definitely hungry and due for their feed they will be more willing to suck if they are .
