My daughter started getting blood in her stool and had a lot of mucus like this and it was an issue with milk(dairy). Once I cut dairy (completely, including reading labels) this improved.

I think I’d be calling the pediatrician. To me it looks black yes? If green then it could be foremilk from breastfeeding but if Black could be old blood in stool.

It’s dark and mucusy- I’d call the pedi just in case
