First time mom with 3 month old baby please give advice!!!

• So my baby has had some difficulty pooping and I spoke with the on call doctor and they advised me to give him glycerin suppository. After I gave it to him maybe 5-10 minutes later he pooped all up his back. But after that he didn’t poop since this morning and that was still difficult for him. How do I go about helping him? I’ve tried exercises, I’ve tried warm bath and I have tried massaging him and yet he still having difficulty.

• Also he has been having baby barfs and throwing up for about 2 or 3 days but it isn’t like milk throw up it’s like water with bits of milk in it.

What should I do? Do I change milk? Do I give him medicine? What type? Has anyone went three this with your child(ren)?

• He also has a few teeth coming in and he is only 3 months I’ve been giving him shooting tablets and soothing gel they all had 4to 5 stars and were dr recommend when searched up but could that be messing up his stomach? I was also giving him Tylenol for a bit when he got cranky and started getting hot to keep a fever from happening. Should I have not been giving him the Tylenol?

It is my first time being a mom and I am kinda on my own so please if anyone has any advice it would really help.
