Newborn sleep

Breanna

I have a week and 6 day old and it’s hard to get him to sleep. He’s having a hard time sleeping longer stretches at night (I’m aware newborns get up every 2-4 hours to feed) but he’s up it seems like every 15-20 minutes, fusses, exhibits cues that he’s hungry but sits on the bottle without eating much if at all. I offer a pacifier and he will spit it out, but works sometimes. I try swaddling him, use white noise, hum to him, rocking him, using a swing, letting him fall asleep on me the moving him to the bassinet or pack n play, and he just wakes up again. I feel like I’m constantly getting up to attend to him because he can’t sleep. Any ideas..? First time mom and I’m out of ideas.
