Non stop vomiting

I dropped my daughter off at daycare today and she was fine then all of a sudden she started throwing up and had a fever of 100.6 . I've given her motrin every few hours but her fever hasn't gone away and I don't have a thermometer but she feels like she keeps getting hotter and keeps throwing up. What medicine would you guys recommend for a 2 1/2 year old for the vomiting. Thinking of taking her to the doctor tomorrow if it doesn't get any better overnight.
