Breastfeeding moms! I need your help!

So I am breastfeeding my 4 mo. Old son. I have four children but my last is the one I was able to breastfeed. So I am getting sick due to the weather change. I have a massive stuffed up nose and my throat is sore. I was told I cannot take any decongestants because It can dry up my supply. So what can i do to make this a little less miserable. I get this stuff every year by the way by this time. So its pretty normal I just dont want my supply lowering either because I'm sick. Any suggestions?
