Anyone have symptoms that come & go??
This is my second pregnancy & with my son i had sore breasts before a missed period. I’m 5 weeks & some days (dates probably a few days off) & i have occasional nausea but nothing major & my boobs hurt on & off but not constant. The only constant symptom is fatigue but i just don’t feel pregnant. My first appointment/ultrasound is nov 18. I’m just so worried I’ll have a miscarriage or something bc i don’t have symptoms this time.
