Help!! I was told i need a c section

I will share the back story. I had a 4th degree tear with my daughter. My OB told me I would need a c section. I moved from Maryland to Hawaii a year ago. I’m pregnant with my 2nd baby. I told the doctor here about my history etc. she also thinks a c section would be best because my scars etc from the tear. She told me it’s highly likely I will have the same issue delivering my next baby. I’m so lucky because most women who had my tear have many many problems. No orgasms, no sexual feelings, can’t hold pee or poop etc. I didn’t have that!

Anyway, please if you’ve had a c section before please lmk what the process is and any tips. I’m really scared now.
