No positive test but no period either

So in September I suffered a lost I didn’t even know I was having. I had my little baby boy last year in October. In July on this I found out I was pregnant but I was bleeding. Like for months. I would soak a pad then no blood the next day. Then the next day I’ll soak a pad or tampon in 2 hours. Since I was breastfeeding I assumed my periods was just out of control.

No!! The whole time I was bleeding like that I was pregnant. The doctors didn’t know what was wrong. Just told me this could be normal. Then they sent me a message saying it’s a miscarriage. After speaking with my OBGYN the best option was to terminate as the baby was not developing and my body discharging the baby??? Idk how to say it. And I had a cesction last year.

So I got a termination 09/02/20, the doctor told me that my period will come in approximately 4 weeks. I got my period 10/02/20, as I knew I would because my periods are like clockwork. I come on then my daughter. Well this time no period for me but my daughters came and I am not waiting for mine lol, I just want I a positive test but all the one I take are negatives even tho they are they cheapies.

No the baby wasn’t planned but this one is and I am just scared that I am not pregnant and my body is playing games on me. Has this happened to annoy else?

Am I alone?
