Anyone have a significant amount of weight to loose...30+lbs?
I've got 45 lbs to loose. Pre pregnancy I was between 112 and 120, Im 160 right now. Current goal is 115. Feels impossible. Just upped my water intake significantly and am going to attempt to cut back on processed foods and sugars. I will be logging calories on the fitbit app as well as aiming for 10,000 steps a day(just in the house without effort I get about 5000). Im breastfeeding so there is a limit on how many calories I can cut out, I don't want to risk my supply. Im just so damn depressed about my body right now. I dont want my husband to see me naked and I feel so sef conscious even in loose clothing. I love sex but right now the thought of my jiggly body has me so grossed out Ive been avoiding it like the plague :/
Anyone else struggling with weight loss? Anyone interested in doing a weekly weigh in for motivation and a mid week motivational check in?
