Important question about progesterone! Please read!

I found out a week ago that I’m pregnant again after a MC at 8 weeks on Easter. It took us 6 months to conceive again. I found out at 10dpo & now I’m 4 weeks & 4 days. With my last MC my HCG was great & my progesterone was 13.9.. With this pregnancy my first was HCG 25, progesterone 20.1 My second HCG 62, progesterone 22.3 & my last 5 days apart was HCG 542 & my progesterone dropped to 11.4 My Dr doesn’t seem to be worried & said the numbers look great & you can’t go on progesterone alone. Can progesterone fluctuate??? Have you or anyone you know experienced this & have gone on to have a healthy pregnancy??? My Dr won’t treat low progesterone unless it’s below 10. Going for more blood work tomorrow. I’m just really worried because my progesterone was higher last time & I still MC. 🥺 This is terrifying & I keep praying to God to take away my fear & take care of my Rainbow baby... 💗 If you have any insight I would deeply appreciate it.
