Does anyone work for TXU Energy?

I ask bc I was offered a position and can’t figure out what their maternity benefits without being obvious and ask. I don’t want them to pull my offer if I tell them I’m pregnant so I’m going into this a little blind. It’s nowhere in their benefits package or offer letter. Maybe my community here will know. Thanks so much! I’m so scared nothing will be offered to me. I can’t do less than 12.

Did you look under short term disability to see if there is anything there?  I’d imagine it has to be somewhere.  Also remember you may not qualify for paid leave if you’re with them less than a year(but that differs).

Typically you may not qualify for FMLA if you’ve been employed for less than a year. You really should disclose that you’re pregnant during the hiring process. I know you don’t have to, but it makes it easier in the long run. I had an interview today and I let her know straight up that I’m pregnant and she said there was no issue with that. Legally she can’t not hire me because of it, that doesn’t mean she won’t and I can’t prove it. But at least I was honest and don’t have to carry around anxiety about it.
