Where’s my cycle?

So it’s been 19 weeks since I gave birth and I haven’t had a period yet. I know it’s common to not have one yet or for it to be off when you’re breastfeeding. So I’m just wondering for the moms who have experienced this also how long was it before it came back and how was it when you finally got it (like was it extremely heavy or cramps super painful)?

Just got mine today. 😩 My baby is 20 weeks old. I exclusively breastfeed only. It’s a little painful but not as bad as some girls made it seem. Good luck! 🙂

With my first it didn’t return until after I stopped breastfeeding. So went about a year without a period which was nice :)

I haven’t gotten mine yet and he will be 19 weeks tomorrow. I’ve had cramps etc off and on and was sure I was going to start and it never showed yet.  Personally I’m thrilled 🤣

With my first I ebf and my period didn’t come back until 8 months ppd! With this one, still no period so we will see!

I didn’t get mine until my first was 11 months. It was pretty bad but nothing some ibuprofen couldn’t handle.

I haven’t gotten mine back either! I combo feed half breastmilk half formula so while I don’t bf I am still pumping. Wondering where mine is at too 🤔🤷‍♀️ I am stopping pumping at 6 months so I guess I will see if that triggers it
