Do I have a right to be upset

I've been wanting to see my boyfriend for a couple weeks now, but he has been working and doing school. We were supposed to hang out over the weekend but he tested me with a picture of his eye. He got really bad pink eye. He was going to head to an urgent care to try to get rid of it. A couple days later his other eye got pink eye so now he has pink eye in both eyes. I told him the pink eye doesn't bother me, that I still want to see him but he says he doesn't feel good and is pissy about his pink eye so he would rather not have any company. Its been nearly two weeks since he's seen me. I don't mind a little pink eye. Do I have a right to be upset with him?
