Fumes from oven? Freaking out

I was cooking dinner using the electric oven when I went to check on the food, I noticed a strong burning plastic smell. Since the oven is quite a few years old I new something was wrong and immediately turned it off. The smell lingered for a bit but I had about 6 minutes of smelling it while I opened windows to clear out the smell. Anyway..did I harm my baby? I’m 20 weeks.
