I’ve never had one before and I believe I have one now. I would go to a gyno but I don’t currently have insurance and I don’t have money for the bill. What are some over the counter treatments I can buy that will get rid of it? Or ways to keep a yeast infection from coming back?

So, you stick It up in you and if you use It I would keep your underwear off overnight, lay on a towel and try to keep your legs apart all night. You want It to get air and not moisture.
