Confused

So my boyfriend Which ive know fór many years and i have a child Thats We alwasy planned on having dosent want to be with me Because i didnt sign him In the child birth certificate but i named my boy after him Like He wanted so Whats the problém ? Its just the surname & the only reason i didnt sign him In the birth certificate Is beacuse He left me many times during the time We were toughter and i simply coundnt trust him . He also dosent trust me either He had all my Social accounts Even though im loyal to him and never left His side But He did abandoned me many times and i have him a chance fór the childs sake

So im i wrong fór making that choice plus i wanted him to marry me but he would Say He would and never did ? I do love him and want him to be a part of His childs life
