Body temp

Does body temperature have anything to do with possibly being pregnant? My body temp is always 97.9, but the last 3 days when I’ve felt like I was running a fever I’m not and my temp has stayed at 98.7. Just curious if that ever happened to someone and they ended up getting a BFP?
