Back pain?
I’m currently 21w 4d and literally 20 minutes ago before I hopped in the shower I started getting this aching pain in my back (middle to lower) that I’ve never never had before, now that I’m out the shower the pain has gotten worse. I’ve never had this pain before my whole pregnancy, what can it be? It hurts when I lay down and breathe, I tried to stretch and it just hurts
