PLEASE HELP! 😭😭

Hey guys I had my period on the 8th Oct. me and partner had foreplay we didn’t fully have sex and we were in a certain position he came on his stomach and all. Somehow the cum was on my pubic area it was a thin strand it was nowhere near my actual (hole) it was literally on top on my pubic hair area. However i didn’t get my period and I’ve done the test and it came back as negative also I spoke to the pharmacist (consultation) she says that I shouldn’t be worried and im sooooo scared 😭😭😭😭. Please help I’ve been stressing soo much I can’t even sleep
