Terrified I’m pregnant/read all

So me and my bf had sex a day before my fertile window and 6 or so days before predicted ovulation day . I spotted on my ovulation day just a tiny bit and been getting cramps even a day or two afterword in my upper adonimals and my sides . And have been super emotional. It did look like ovulation CM but who knows .

We used a condom and he pulled out on the 31st im terrified that he fingered me with Pre cum on his finger but I can’t remember if that even happened or not tbh .

I didn’t find breakage in the condom BTW

So of course with me being emotional and all the cramping I’m getting I’m super freaked out and I can’t sleep or eat for the past 2 days and have been crying .
