Irish twins/rude dr

So I'm 4 months postpartum and I found out I'm pregnant it was not planned I'm breastfeeding and on birth control that's used while breastfeeding but I guess when I cut down on breastfeeding only at night due to weight gain problems for her she needed added forumla it didnt work? Anyway I'm super freaked out and scared and I called my dr and he was the rudest person to my husband and I ever! He acted like he didn't care and that we did it on purpose and that he didnt want to see me anyone have this problem? To me hes a doctor should be way more professional
