Miscarriage after seeing fetal heart beat?

Guys I was wondering if anyone has experienced a miscarriage after seeing a fetal heart beat. I am 8 weeks today and I had a scan at 6+1 and 7+3 and both times there were strong heart beats. I’m losing all symptoms that I had (which is only frequent urination) and now panicking that I may be having a missed miscarriage. I had slight brown discharge today so that’s raised by anxiety. Has anyone suffered a miscarriage after seeing a heart beat and what was your experience ? Thank you

I’m 8 weeks and my symptoms have decreased in the past couple days. I have my first scan tomorrow. I have random cramping and peeing frequently but that’s it. My mc my symptoms went away a week before I actually had the mc. Symptoms don’t determine a viable pregnancy, just keep calm and positive!

I would call your doctor just to be on the safe side. Unfortunately the same thing happened to me and I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. I never had an ultrasound before the one at 9 weeks but the baby had blood in it’s heart which indicated that she did have a heartbeat before.

I experienced a missed misscatiage at 9 weeks baby dyop gtowing at 6 weeks but every dr. Visit baby hesrt beat was declining. I had 3 vistits begore there was no heart beat.

Symptoms come and go. They don’t determine if stuff is okay or not. Yes I’ve had a loss after. But I never have symptoms with any of my pregnancies so it was no different.
